Graduand can collect the scroll at the AMAD Counter for undergraduates and CPS Counter for post-graduates (9.00 am to 5.00 pm).

Please make sure you have returned the Robe before collecting the scroll.

All clearances must be cleared (you can check from the Student Clearances System).

For collection on behalf:
Complete the RF07 (Collection of Credential on Behalf) / IIUM-CPS-EXM07 forms. Bring the hardcopy of the RF07 / IIUM-CPS-EXM07 form and attach it with Copy of your MATRIC CARD/ IC / PASSPORT AND Copy of your representative MATRIC CARD/ IC / PASSPORT on the collection day.
